Postage & Packing
Orders of banknotes
exceeding 100 SEK are dispatched free of charge all over the world. A
handling charge of 30 SEK is applicable to orders of less than 100 SEK.
Orders of accessories exceeding 100 SEK are dispatched free of
charge within Sweden. A handling charge of 30 SEK is applicable to orders of
less than 100 SEK . A shipping fee of 330 SEK will be
charged for delivery outside Sweden.
Supplement for registered mail:
Sweden: 81 SEK
Other countries: 100 SEK
Any fees applicable should be added to the total at the time of payment.
Means of delivery
Goods are sent by normal mail within Sweden and by air mail (Prioritaire) to Western Europe and North America.
Customers may request delivery by registered mail. To other countries,
banknotes are always sent by registered air mail (Prioritaire).
The buyer bears the risk for the goods as soon as the letter has been handed
over to PostNord Sweden (Posten Sverige
AB). For registered mail, a fee as specified above is always applicable.
Time of delivery
Goods are delivered within Sweden within 10 days upon receipt of payment. For
other countries, the banknotes are posted within 10 days upon receipt of
payment.
Right of cancellation
According to Swedish law, customers shopping online have the right to cancel
a purchase within 14 days of receipt of the goods. The right of cancellation
applies to private individuals and covers unused items only. To cancel the
purchase, please return the banknotes or supplies to PaperMoney
Online within 14 days. Banknotes are to be returned by registered letter, and
postage costs are born by the customer. The total amount of the purchase will
be refunded within 30 days.

For sales within the European Union, our banknote prices are inclusive of tax
according to EC directive 77/388/EC - "Margin Scheme".
Prices of supplies are inclusive of 25% Swedish VAT.
Orders of supplies from outside the European Union are not subject to
Swedish VAT, and customers are asked to deduct 20% from the total order
amount. NB! This does not apply to banknotes. The customer is
responsible for any taxes and duties that may be charged by authorities in
the destination country.
